Kauaʻi Island Utility Cooperative (KIUC) has filed for a general rate increase with the Hawaiʻi Public Utilities Commission (PUC). With this rate filing KIUC is seeking approval of rate changes and increases, revised rate schedules and rules, and other ratemaking matters.
