KIUC requires a 10-day written notice to stop all Automatic Bill Payments (ABP). It is important to provide KIUC with written notice at least 10 days before the scheduled payment date to ensure that no automatic payment is processed. For immediate cancellation, please sign into your SmartHub and follow the Auto Pay Cancellation prompts.
