Election packets will be mailed on Friday, February 20 to Kaua‘i Island Utility Cooperative members for the Board of Directors Election on March 14, 2026.

There are three ways to vote: by paper ballot, by phone or online.
If voting by paper ballot, the ballot must be returned in the envelope provided. Vote for no more than three candidates. Voting for more than three candidates will void your ballot. The completed ballot must be placed in the secret ballot sleeve and inserted into the postage paid reply envelope. You must use the reply envelope even if the ballot is deposited in the ballot box at the KIUC office in Līhuʻe. The outer reply envelope is used to verify your eligibility and your ballot will be voided if the reply envelope is not used.
You will also need the ID number printed on the reply envelope if you vote by phone or online.

The deadline to vote in the Board of Directors Election is Saturday, March 14 at noon.
